From authentic Sarson Da Saag with knobs of white butter and Makai Ki Roti to Rajma Chawal and Naramdil Murgh Tikka help yourself to the delicacies from the land of five rivers and savour the true taste of Punjab! Like the delicious Anda Paratha, Amritsari Paneer Butter Masala, Adraki Champein, Peshawari Chole Poori and Ajwaini Mahi Curry. And there’s Amritsari Kadi Chawal, Baingan da Bartha, Kheema Kalegi and Lal Kaddu ka Khofta. No Indian meal is complete without desserts; we recommend the Badam Kesar Phirni, which is sugar-free and the much-loved Ambarsari Atta –Da-Halwa. And the all-time favourite Lassi can be had any time during the meal!
