Mr Sanjiv Puri appointed Chairman, ITC Limited

The Board of Directors of the Company at the meeting held today appointed Mr. Sanjiv Puri, Managing Director, also as the Chairman of the Company with effect from 13th May, 2019. Consequently, Mr. Puri's new designation is Chairman & Managing Director of the Company. 

Mr Puri said in a statement :
