SRM Student to captain Indian Team in E-sport challenge football tournament

FISU (International university sports federation) Lausanne, Switzerland is hosting its inaugural e-sport challenge football tournament from 6th - 16th July, The competition will take place in the virtual FIFA 20 pitch, with countries all over the world in attendance to fight for the title.

Ullashraj, perusing IInd year M.Tech IT at SRMIST, Kattankulathur, has been selected to represent the Indian team as its captain, being a member of the Association of Indian Universities.

Talking about the event, Ullashraj said, “It was indeed a proud moment to represent India in E-sports. At this juncture, I would like to thank SRM management, Sports Department Faculties and staffs who guided and supported me to achieve this will give my best to win the title competing with my fellow competitors around the globe.”
