With over two decades of industry experience, Bhardwaj brings a unique blend of technical depth, commercial acumen, and visionary thinking. At Videonetics, he is responsible for driving revenue strategy, building goto-market engines, and scaling high-impact teams to serve sectors such as government, smart cities, transportation, BFSI, and enterprises.

Prior to Videonetics, Bhardwaj was instrumental in building Arista Networks’ India & SAARC business from the ground up. He transformed a niche presence with under $1M annual revenue into a +$100M powerhouse, unlocking double-digit YoY growth, penetrating new verticals, and executing a pioneering Make in India strategy. His contributions positioned Arista as a trusted name in cloud networking and data center solutions in the region.

Earlier, at Cisco Systems, Bhardwaj led the Service Provider Systems Engineering function, managing a high-performing team with over $150M in productivity. As a key technology evangelist, he worked closely with CXOs, influencing national telecom strategies and accelerating technology adoption. His leadership earned him numerous awards including the prestigious Chairman’s Club Award and Sales Excellence Award.

Bhardwaj's foundational experiences at Orange Business Services and Reliance Communications saw him contributing to mission-critical network rollouts and operations. Notably, he was a core architect in India’s early 3G and 4G backhaul networks and helped shape broadband infrastructure strategies.

An alumnus of NIT Surat with a CCIE in Service Provider, Bhardwaj is fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati. More than a business leader, he is a catalyst for change—known for building value through innovation, collaboration, and customer obsession.
