This limited-edition culinary showcase pays tribute to the rich gastronomic traditions stretching from Maharashtra’s coastal villages to the vibrant kitchens of Goa. Rooted in heritage yet presented in Conrad Pune’s signature style of refined hospitality, the festival brings together flavours that are deeply comforting, vibrant, and unmistakably coastal.
Ingredients drawn from land and sea, like fresh seafood, fragrant coconut, sun-dried spices, and the tangy brightness of kokum, come together to create dishes that are both bold and beautifully balanced. Guests can savour regional favourites such as Crispy Bombil Fry, Malvani Fish Fry, and the beloved Kombdi Vade, each preparation capturing the warmth and rustic charm of coastal kitchens.
