IMS Law College Final Year Students Visit Delhi Judicial Academy for Enriching Legal Exposure

The Office of the Dean Students’ Welfare, IMS Law College, Noida, successfully facilitated an academic visit to the prestigious Delhi Judicial Academy for 30 final-year law students on 20 September 2025. This remarkable opportunity was extended to only eight premier institutions across the country, including Campus Law Centre (DU), Jamia Millia Islamia, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, and National Law University Delhi. Notably, IMS Law College was the only institution affiliated with CCS University to be part of this distinguished visit.

The program provided students with a comprehensive understanding of the judicial process and the evolving dynamics of the legal profession. Sessions covered vital themes such as court craft, legal ethics and conduct, exploring ADR mechanisms, the use of technology in legal practice, litigation as a career, empowering justice through legal aid, facing new challenges in the justice system, and the significance of continuing legal education.

The enriching sessions were addressed by eminent legal luminaries, including Hon’ble Justice Mr. Anup Jairam Bhambani, Judge, Delhi High Court; Mr. Vikas and Ms. Pallavi from Amarchand Mangaldas; Mr. Sanjoy Ghose, Senior Advocate; and Dr. Amit George, Advocate. Their profound insights offered the students not only “food for thought” but also valuable guidance for their professional journeys.

The visit was organised under the guidance of Prof. (Dr.) Vikas Dhawan Sir, Hon'ble Director General, IMS Noida, whose vision continues to inspire meaningful academic exposure and holistic learning opportunities for IMSians.
