Adwitiya Mal is an entrepreneur and operator known for building scalable platforms at the intersection of technology, sustainability, and inclusion. As Co-Founder & COO of Drivn, he is helping shape India’s electric commercial mobility transition, driving execution across fleet electrification, operator enablement, and full-stack EV solutions designed for real-world adoption. 

At Drivn, Adwitiya brings this unique blend of vision, operational expertise, and empathy to the electric mobility sector. His leadership ensures that Drivn is not just a company offering EV solutions, but a catalyst for systemic change,  one that reimagines how fleets operate, how energy is consumed, and how sustainability can be embedded into everyday business.

Prior to Drivn, Adwitiya’s entrepreneurial journey began with EM3 Agriservices Pvt. Ltd., where he has served as CEO for over a decade. At EM3, he pioneered the concept of farming-as-a-service in India, democratizing access to advanced agricultural technology for small-scale farmers. His work empowered thousands of farmers to improve productivity, reduce costs, and keep pace with globalization, while forging partnerships with governments and leading equipment manufacturers.

Beyond agriculture, Adwitiya has been recognized globally as an Unreasonable Fellow, part of a network of entrepreneurs committed to solving the world’s most pressing social and environmental challenges. This recognition underscores his belief that business can be a force for good, driving both profit and purpose.

Earlier in his career, Adwitiya held regional strategy and operations roles at AXA Asia, including Regional Strategic Programmes Manager and Regional Strategy Manager. These roles gave him deep exposure to multi-market execution, cross-cultural leadership, and large-scale organizational transformation. He began his professional journey as a Management Associate at AXA Asia Pacific Holdings, where he developed a strong foundation in strategy, governance, and execution discipline.

Adwitiya holds an MBA from the University of Rochester’s Simon Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Delhi. His career reflects a consistent throughline: designing platforms that translate innovation into access, and vision into durable systems.
