  • Prior to Drivn, Adwitiya’s entrepreneurial journey began with EM3 Agriservices Pvt. Ltd., where he has served as CEO for over a decade. At EM3, he pioneered the concept of farming-as-a-service in India, democratizing access to advanced agricultural technology for small-scale farmers. His work empowered thousands of farmers to improve productivity, reduce costs, and keep pace with globalization, while forging partnerships with governments and leading equipment manufacturers.

He began his professional journey as a Management Associate at AXA Asia Pacific Holdings, where he developed a strong foundation in strategy, governance, and execution discipline.
