Guests are welcomed with light starters such as the refreshing Garden Vegetable Medley paired with vibrant dips, before the flavours begin to build. The menu then moves into a playful selection of appetizers featuring highlights like the indulgent Shakalaka Lychee, a charcoal-grilled lychee stuffed with melting cheese, and the Smoky BBQ Paneer with Walnut Sauce. Non-vegetarian selections add depth with dishes such as Caribbean Chicken, Char-Grilled Mustard Glaze Fish, and the crowd-pleasing Crispy Fried Calamari, bringing together bold spices and global influences.
