Vicky Dodani: Architecting the Digital Backbone of Global Agrifood Processing

Vicky Dodani is a tech-entrepreneur redefining the global agrifood processing industry. As the Co-Founder of Agrizy, he has built a high-growth, tech-enabled CDMO platform that bridges the gap between fragmented MSME processors and global Fortune 500 brands. Under his leadership, Agrizy has scaled to close to ~$40M+ revenue run rate, expanded operations to 20+ countries, and secured backing from premier investors like Accion and Omnivore.

Vicky’s journey began in Gondia, the “Rice City of India,” where his family’s deep roots in paddy processing gave him a front-row seat to the inefficiencies of the post-harvest supply chain. He transformed this legacy into a mission: digitizing the "middle mile" of food processing to unlock untapped capacity and global market access.

Before founding Agrizy, Vicky was a cornerstone of the leadership team at BlackBuck (India’s largest trucking platform). As Director and Business Head of the Freight Marketplace, he played a decisive role in architecting the company's marketplace dynamics and scaling operations during its hyper-growth phase. His professional foundation is further strengthened by strategic consulting and operational roles at Infosys and Idea Cellular.
