116-Year-Old Devotee’s Walk of Faith to Tirumala

Tirupathi: At the age of 116, Smt. Navaneethamma garu from Tamil Nadu reached Tirumala on foot with deep devotion to Sri Venkateswara Swamy. After her video went viral on social media, Hon’ble CM Sri Nara Chandrababu Naidu garu appreciated her devotion, saying age is no barrier to faith. Following this, TTD Chairman garu appealed through X to identify the devotee and her family.

TTD officials later traced her and arranged special VIP Break Darshan for Navaneethamma garu and her family on Monday. She was also honoured at Ranganayakula Mandapam with Veda Ashirvachanam, silk cloth, and Srivari Theertha Prasadams.
