Running from 10th July to 30th August, the festival promises an indulgent celebration of flame-kissed delicacies, smoky aromas and handcrafted barbecue favorites that are sure to delight every food enthusiast.
Inspired by barbecue traditions from around the world, the specially curated festival brings together premium meats, vibrant vegetarian grills, gourmet sandwiches, irresistible sides and decadent desserts, offering guests a culinary experience where every bite is infused with the unmistakable taste of fire and smoke.
The festival menu showcases signature creations including the succulent Beef Brisket Sandwich, smoky Chicken Jujeh Kebab, flavor-packed Ajwani Fish Tikka, alongside vegetarian favorites such as Hariyali Paneer and Malai Broccoli, fresh from the Tandoor.
Complementing the grills is an array of comforting sides and house-made sauces including Corn on the Cob, Sautéed Vegetables, Mushroom Sauce, Peppercorn Sauce and the vibrant Chunky Chimichurri, allowing guests to customise every plate with layers of bold flavour.
No barbecue feast is complete without a sweet finale. Guests can end their smoky culinary journey with indulgent desserts such as the Rich Chocolate Fondant Cake and the delightfully tropical Bananarama.
