VINFAST DELIVERS 21,781 ELECTRIC VEHICLES IN VIETNAM IN JULY 2026

VinFast announced that it delivered a total of 21,781 electric vehicles to customers in Vietnam in July 2026, up 21% from June. The strong July performance brought VinFast's year-to-date deliveries in the Vietnamese market to 137,697 vehicles, further reinforcing its position as the country's undisputed market leader for nearly two consecutive years.

July saw a strong surge in deliveries of the popular VF 3, which became VinFast's best-selling model of the month with 5,564 vehicles delivered, bringing its year-to-date total to 29,345 units. With its distinctive design, compact dimensions, and low cost of ownership, the VF 3 continues to be a top choice among young families and style-conscious consumers.

The VF 5 and its Herio Green variant also posted an outstanding month, with combined deliveries reaching 4,407 vehicles in July. Their year-to-date total now stands at 24,574 vehicles, reaffirming the VF 5/Herio Green as an ideal choice for both commercial transportation services and personal use.

Close behind was the Limo Green, with 4,404 vehicles delivered in July, bringing cumulative deliveries since the beginning of the year to 32,331 units, making it VinFast's best-selling model year-to-date. The Limo Green has consistently led the seven-seat MPV segment thanks to its durability, spacious interior, and, in particular, its significantly lower operating costs compared to gasoline-powered vehicles.

The compact Minio Green also made a strong impression in July, with 2,429 vehicles delivered following a price adjustment to VND 188 million, matching the price of the VF 2. As the market's most affordable two-door, four-seat passenger car, the Minio Green has quickly attracted customers and emerged as an ideal alternative to motorcycles, helping improve the quality of everyday life for Vietnamese consumers.

VinFast's family-oriented models, the VF 6 with 1,993 vehicles delivered and the VF MPV 7 with 1,674 vehicles delivered, also maintained steady sales momentum in July. Their year-to-date deliveries reached 16,038 units for the VF 6 and 10,851 units for the VF MPV 7. Meanwhile, larger models including the VF 7, VF 8, and VF 9, as well as the compact delivery van EC Van, continued to enjoy strong consumer demand and made meaningful contributions to VinFast's overall performance in July 2026.

Ms. Duong Thi Thu Trang, Deputy CEO of Global Automotive Sales at VinFast, said: "Delivering 137,697 electric vehicles to customers in just the first seven months of the year marks another record for VinFast in the Vietnamese automotive market. This reflects the strong momentum in both new vehicle purchases and the transition from gasoline-powered cars to electric vehicles, allowing more consumers to enjoy the tangible benefits that EVs offer. With the new-generation VF 8 and the VF 2 set for delivery soon, I am confident that VinFast's sales will accelerate even further in the remaining months of the year."

In August, VinFast is expected to begin delivering the first batches of the new-generation VF 8 to customers who placed early reservations. Meanwhile, with 28,742 reservations already secured, the VF 2 is scheduled to reach customers in September, and is expected to generate strong market demand while helping elevate the quality of life for tens of thousands of Vietnamese families.
