April Thunderstorms Cool Down Chennai’s Searing Heat
A sudden thunderstorm hit Chennai and nearby areas on Monday morning (April 6, 2026). The rain and strong winds brought much-needed relief to people after several days of very hot weather. This was the first thunderstorm in April for the city this year
