Addverb Scales Renewable Energy, Local Procurement, and STEM Partnerships in FY25 Sustainability Report

Addverb, a global leader in robotics and automation, announces the release of its Sustainability Report for FY 2024–25. The report captures the sustainable approach adopted by the company across its business model, governance framework and stakeholders' well-being initiatives.
The report details Addverb's ESG accomplishments, including average 1,640 kWh of solar power daily, and carrying out cradle to gate significant product life cycle assessments. The company expanded its biodiversity initiatives through the “One Pot for Every Bot” plantation drive, adding 500 trees to the existing micro-forest of 3,000 trees in Greater Noida, comprising 25 indigenous species.

On the social front, Addverb re-emphasized its commitment to people-first culture. The company increased occupational health and safety training hours from 2 to 5.6 per employee, improved DEI programs, and with over 900 employees, referred to as ‘Technopreneurs’, maintained a transparent grievance redressal mechanism. Addverb’s Bot-Verse facility has is SMETA 4-Pillar Audited, underscoring its commitment to ethical and responsible business practices.
